the Bible No
Yes the Quran

the Bible's Perspective

Exodus 2:9-10Pharaoh’s daughter said to her, “Take this child away, and nurse him for me, and I will give you your wages.” The woman took the child, and nursed it. The child grew, and she brought him to Pharaoh’s daughter, and he became her son. She named him Moses, and said, “Because I drew him out of the water.”
Esther 3:1-2After these things King Ahasuerus promoted Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, and advanced him, and set his seat above all the princes who were with him. All the king’s servants who were in the king’s gate bowed down and paid homage to Haman, for the king had so commanded concerning him. But Mordecai didn’t bow down or pay him homage.

the Quran's Perspective

Ghafir (The Forgiver) 40:23-24And We did certainly send Moses with Our signs and a clear authority To Pharaoh, Haman and Qarun; but they said, "[He is] a magician and a liar."
Ghafir (The Forgiver) 40:36-37And Pharaoh said, "O Haman, construct for me a tower that I might reach the ways - The ways into the heavens - so that I may look at the deity of Moses; but indeed, I think he is a liar." And thus was made attractive to Pharaoh the evil of his deed, and he was averted from the [right] way. And the plan of Pharaoh was not except in ruin.

Notes

Moses and Pharaoh lived around 1450 B.C.; But Haman in the book of Esther lived 1000 years later during the reign of Ahasuerus (King Xerxes) 486-474 B.C.
