Is Jesus the biological child of God?

Muslims think that Jesus' title of 'Son' means God entered into a biological relationship with Mary, yet in the OT 'Son' is a title rooted in kingship and deity.

Christians and Muslims view their Scriptures differently. While Muslims claim the Quran is preserved on tablets in heaven, for Christians our unchanged Word is a person, the Lord Jesus who is the same, yesterday, today and forever.

The trinity is the foundational teaching of the Bible that God is one God, who has eternally existing in three persons, Father, Son and Sprit who each are fully God. This idea is denied by the Quran, which states that God is an indivisible unity, who can have no partners. The Trinity, while mysterious, is simple to define and a beautiful truth we can confidently hold to and reference in reaching out to others.

One question Muslims like to ask Christians, however, is “where did Jesus say I am God, worship me?” Responding is not as easy as you may think, so how do we answer this question?

Muslims love to reference Mark 13:32 as a clear indication that Jesus never claimed to be God. Reading the verse out of context and without a wider understanding of the incarnation, does seem at first reading to support the Muslim view.
