The Deity of Jesus in Mark’s Gospel

Although being one of the earliest parts of the New Testament to be written, Mark’s Gospel shows us clearly that Jesus is God. This counters the claim that John’s Gospel’s view of Jesus was a later development by Christians. According to Mark, Jesus is none other than the LORD himself.

Why Jesus is Good and God

The Quran denies the deity of Jesus. Muslims often point to Mark 10:18 to show that Jesus himself claimed not to be God. A careful reading of the passage in question, however, shows that rather than denying his divinity, Jesus in this very passage is claiming to be the divine Saviour.
