Sunan Ibn Majah, Volume 3, Book 11, Hadith 2125 (DarusSalam) ⓘ
It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah said: "There is no vow to commit disobedience, and the expiation (for such a vow) is the expiation for breaking an oath."
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ السَّرْحِ الْمِصْرِيُّ أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " لاَ نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ وَكَفَّارَتُهُ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ " .
