Muwatta Malik, Book 10, Hadith 436 (In-Book) ⓘ

Yahya related to me from Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa from his father that he used to eat on the day of the id al-Fitr before going out.

حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَأْكُلُ يَوْمَ عِيدِ الْفِطْرِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَغْدُوَ ‏.‏
