Bulugh al-Maram, Book 16, Hadith 1497 (In-Book) ⓘ
Qutbah bin Malik (RAA) narrated, ‘The Messenger of Allah used to say, “O Allah, I seek refuge in you from evil morals, deeds, passions and diseases.” Related by At-Tirmidhi. Al-Hakim graded it as Sahih and it is his version.
وَعَنْ قُطْبَةَ بْنِ مَالِكٍ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -يَقُولُ: { اَللَّهُمَّ جَنِّبْنِي مُنْكَرَاتِ اَلْأَخْلَاقِ, وَالْأَعْمَالِ, وَالْأَهْوَاءِ, وَالْأَدْوَاءِ } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اَلْحَاكِمُ وَاللَّفْظِ لَهُ. (1960). 2 - صحيح. رواه الترمذي (3591)، والحاكم (1 / 532). و" الدواء": جمع داء، وهي الأسقام.
