Bulugh al-Maram, Book 16, Hadith 1497 (In-Book)

Qutbah bin Malik (RAA) narrated, ‘The Messenger of Allah used to say, “O Allah, I seek refuge in you from evil morals, deeds, passions and diseases.” Related by At-Tirmidhi. Al-Hakim graded it as Sahih and it is his version.

وَعَنْ قُطْبَةَ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ‏- رضى الله عنه ‏- قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-يَقُولُ: { اَللَّهُمَّ جَنِّبْنِي مُنْكَرَاتِ اَلْأَخْلَاقِ, وَالْأَعْمَالِ, وَالْأَهْوَاءِ, وَالْأَدْوَاءِ } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اَلْحَاكِمُ وَاللَّفْظِ لَهُ.‏ (1960)‏.‏ ‏2 ‏- صحيح.‏ رواه الترمذي (3591)‏، والحاكم (1 / 532)‏.‏ و" الدواء": جمع داء، وهي الأسقام.‏
