Sahih Muslim , Book 6, Hadith 2431 (USC-MSA)

Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Apostle as saying (the words as said in the previous hadith) but with this alteration (of words): " Take upon yourselves (the burden of the deeds) for which you have the strength to bear."

وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي، هُرَيْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمِثْلِهِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ ‏ "‏ فَاكْلَفُوا مَا لَكُمْ بِهِ طَاقَةٌ ‏" ‏ ‏.‏
