Jami` at-Tirmidhi, Book 42, Hadith 42 (In-Book) ⓘ
Narrated Qatadah: that he asked Anas bin Malik: "Did the Companions of the Messenger of Allah use to shake each other's hand?" He said, "Yes."
حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، أَخْبَرَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ قُلْتُ لأَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ هَلْ كَانَتِ الْمُصَافَحَةُ فِي أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ نَعَمْ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .
