The uniqueness of Christianity

With so much tension in the world, it might seem to be a good thing to seek common ground and unity with our Muslim friends, especially when at a surface level we have so much in common. The claim that Christianity and Islam are basically the same is not an uncommon claim. While it is a good thing to get on with those different from ourselves, an examination of the core truths of each respective faith shows that they are very different and incompatible.

Is it ok for Christians to use the word Allah for God and Isa for Jesus?
