Quran 18, Al-Kahf (The Cave) ⓘ
This chapter (sura) of the Quran is thought to be written in the mid-Meccan period sometime between 620 and 622 and is made up of 110 verses or 'aya'.
18:6 Then perhaps you would kill yourself through grief over them, [O Muhammad], if they do not believe in this message, [and] out of sorrow.
فَلَعَلَّكَ بَاخِعٌ نَفْسَكَ عَلَى آثَارِهِمْ إِنْ لَمْ يُؤْمِنُوا بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ أَسَفًا
