الَّذِينَ هُمْ عَنْ صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ

Transliteration

Allatheena hum AAan salatihim sahoona

Ahmad Ali

But who are oblivious of their moral duties,

Ali Qarai

but are heedless of their prayers

Those who are neglectful of their prayer.
