وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَى بِآيَاتِنَا وَسُلْطَانٍ مُبِينٍ

Transliteration

Walaqad arsalna moosa biayatina wasultanin mubeenin

We sent Moses with Our signs and full authority
