رُبَمَا يَوَدُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَوْ كَانُوا مُسْلِمِينَ
Transliteration
Rubama yawaddu allatheena kafaroo law kanoo muslimeena
Ahmad Ali
The unbelievers would haply like to wish that they had submitted (and become Muslim).
