تَنْزِيلًا مِمَّنْ خَلَقَ الْأَرْضَ وَالسَّمَاوَاتِ الْعُلَى

Transliteration

Tanzeelan mimman khalaqa alarda waalssamawati alAAula

A revelation from Him who created the earth and the high ascending skies,
