قَالَ لِمَنْ حَوْلَهُ أَلَا تَسْتَمِعُونَ

Transliteration

Qala liman hawlahu ala tastamiAAoona

(The Pharaoh) said to those around him: "Do you hear?"

He said to those who were around him, ‘Don’t you hear?!’
