Quran 47:24

أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ الْقُرْآنَ أَمْ عَلَى قُلُوبٍ أَقْفَالُهَا

Do they not ponder on what the Qur'an says? Or have their hearts been sealed with locks?
