وَالسَّمَاءِ ذَاتِ الْحُبُكِ

Transliteration

Waalssamai thati alhubuki

Ahmad Ali

The heavens webbed-with-tracks is witness

Ali Qarai

By the sky full of adornment [with stars],

And by oath of the decorated heaven.
