إِنَّا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَاهُ بِقَدَرٍ

Transliteration

Inna kulla shayin khalaqnahu biqadarin

Ahmad Ali

We have indeed created all things by measure;

Indeed We have created everything in a measure,
