حِكْمَةٌ بَالِغَةٌ فَمَا تُغْنِ النُّذُرُ

Transliteration

Hikmatun balighatun fama tughnee alnnuthuru

Ahmad Ali

Containing consummate wisdom; yet warnings were of no avail.
