وَالسَّمَاءَ رَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ الْمِيزَانَ

Transliteration

Waalssamaa rafaAAaha wawadaAAa almeezana

He raised the sky and set the Balance

He raised the heaven high and set up the balance,
