خَافِضَةٌ رَافِعَةٌ

Transliteration

Khafidatun rafiAAatun

Ahmad Ali

Degrading (some) and exalting (others);

Ali Qarai

[it will be] lowering and exalting.

Amhad Khan

The event will be abasing some, and exalting some.
