أَأَنْتُمْ أَنْزَلْتُمُوهُ مِنَ الْمُزْنِ أَمْ نَحْنُ الْمُنْزِلُونَ

Transliteration

Aantum anzaltumoohu mina almuzni am nahnu almunziloona

Do you send it down from the clouds, or We send it down?
