بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ الْمُلْكُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

Transliteration

Tabaraka allathee biyadihi almulku wahuwa AAala kulli shayin qadeerun

Ahmad Ali

BLESSED BE HE who holds the (reins of) Kingship in His hand, who has power over everything,

Ali Qarai

Blessed is He in whose hands is all sovereignty, and He has power over all things.
