بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ وَالْمُرْسَلَاتِ عُرْفًا

Transliteration

Waalmursalati AAurfan

Ahmad Ali

I CALL TO WITNESS those who are sent consecutively,

By the [angelic] emissaries sent successively,

Amhad Khan

By oath of those that are sent, one after the other. (The verses of the Holy Qur’an or the angels or the winds).
