Al-Balad (The City) 90:4

لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ فِي كَبَدٍ

Transliteration

Laqad khalaqna alinsana fee kabadin

Ahmad Ali

That We created man in toil and trouble.

certainly We created man in travail.
