فِيهَا كُتُبٌ قَيِّمَةٌ

Transliteration

Feeha kutubun qayyimatun

Ahmad Ali

Containing firm decrees.

Ali Qarai

wherein are upright writings.

In which are written proper affairs.

therein true Books.

Wherein (are) writings correct.
