Stingy

Those who hoard wealth and withhold it from others should know that Allah does not love arrogance.

57:24Who hoard and who enjoin upon the people avarice. And whosoever turneth away, still Allah is the Absolute, the Owner of Praise.

Some among them pledged to Allah, saying, “If He grants us wealth, we will surely give charity and be righteous.”

9:75And of them is he who made a covenant with Allah (saying): If He give us of His bounty we will give alms and become of the righteous.

But when He gave them wealth, they became stingy and turned away in defiance.

9:76Yet when He gave them of His bounty, they hoarded it and turned away, averse;

So, He placed hypocrisy in their hearts until the Day they meet Him, because they broke their promise and lied.

9:77So He hath made the consequence (to be) hypocrisy in their hearts until the day when they shall meet Him, because they broke their word to Allah that they promised Him, and because they lied.
