9:27Then afterward Allah will relent toward whom He will; for Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

ثُمَّ يَتُوبُ اللَّهُ مِنْ بَعْدِ ذَلِكَ عَلَى مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
